Terms & Conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter this competition we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. To enter a competition you must be:

(a) UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

2. Competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Rainbow Trust Children's Charity, Boodles or any subsidiary of Boodles, Purchase of the Rainbow Cracker is necessary at £2 each.

3. Only one entry per cracker.

4. If you want to enter the competition you may enter via the website at www.rainbowcracker.org.uk. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

5. The closing date will be Friday 6th January 2012 at close of business, and Rainbow Trust reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

6. The winner will be drawn by an independent adjudicator on Monday 9th January 2012.

7. If you win a competition, we will notify you by post, telephone or e-mail within 72 hours. The announcement will be made public on the Rainbow Trust Website. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Rainbow Trust may require.

9. The prize will not be transferable to another person.

10. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

11. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

12. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

13. This competition is being run by Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, 6 Cleeve Court, Cleeve Road, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7UD.

14. Rainbow Trust reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
